In order to return an item, it either needs to be damaged in transit or it needs to be incorrect. As our items are custom cut to order, sadly those are the only 2 reasons we can accept for return.
When receive your item, please check it & contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving it if there is anything wrong (by either Facebook or Email) so that we can try and help you. Communications regarding faults/issues after this time period are only accepted in exceptional circumstances.
Please note, any items that have been used, damaged, customised or had the plastic front/backing peeled off of them will not be accepted for a return.
