*****PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM*****

This pack has been designed as a sample pack for you to use to promote sales of these items to local schools in your area on a commission basis. The items included in this pack will all have the word "Sample" engraved on them, so are not suitable for resale or any other use.

The concept is as follows:

1. You purchase a sample pack, which includes 10 different items, and several sheets of paperwork which contain key information
2. The pack will arrive in a self contained package, which clearly identifies us as the producer. We advise leaving the items inside the see through package when being shown to schools for ease of use.
3. It is up to you how you explain the package to each individual school, but we would recommend promoting the low carbon footprint of the items, given that the primary material is sourced in the UK and the company that produces the items is also a small family run business in the UK. Please reassure them that the company is fully registered, insured and VAT registered. The items are also biodegradable and produced from sustainable materials (except the fixings/badge backs)
4. At this stage, the school can discuss the potential use of their logo which will need to be emailed to us in SVG or PNG format to confirm that it is suitable quality.
5. The school then places an order with you using the order form which is included in this pack. You will then confirm with the school that the order is correct and ask them to sign as such. Alongside this, you will let the school know that they will receive an email from schools@smart-crafts.co.uk giving full electronic payment details - payment is not required at this time.
6. You will then need to email either a clear image or a scan of the order form to the email address schools@smart-crafts.co.uk 
7. Once we have received the order, we will email the school (using the details provided on the order form) for electronic payment and confirm the turnaround time for dispatch (this may not be the same as the standard website turnaround time due to the nature of these items).
8. Order will then be packed and dispatched to be delivered directly to the school, along with instructions to fully check the contents and notify us of any errors within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Once that 48 hours has expired, we will then send you a confirmation slip of the amount of commission due. This commission is paid at a rate of 10% of the total order value (not including postage) as an cash payment, or 15% or the total order value (not including postage) as credit for the Smart Crafts website. We will require your bank details in order for cash payment to be made.
